Florida man allegedly ties up 4-year-old daughter so he can play video games May 25th 2012, 14:25 SARASOTA, Fla. –  A Florida father was charged with child abuse after allegedly tying up his 4-year-old daughter with rope in the kitchen of the family home so he could play video games in peace. Heath Howe, 27, grabbed his daughter while she was watching television and left her tied up alone in the kitchen of their house in Sarasota so he could play "bad video games," the girl told police. When the child's mother and a friend returned from the gym to find the girl tied up, the mother did nothing, the sheriff's office said. The mother's friend freed the girl, who was left with rope marks on both arms, deputies said. Officials do not believe it was an isolated incident.
