Amber Alert issued for missing 2-year-old boy in Texas Mar 28th 2012, 00:47 An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old boy in central Texas on Tuesday. Police said in the alert that Devin Davis was last seen Tuesday afternoon at his family's house in Cleveland, Texas. Devin's mother reportedly awoke from a nap to find the boy missing. It remains unknown what happened to Devin, but police say he may have wandered off or been kidnapped.
